What does made-to-order mean?
Each garment is produced only after your order is placed.

How long does production take?
Up to 10 business days.

When will my order ship?
Immediately after production is complete. Tracking will be provided.

Do you accept returns?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached.

Are exchanges available?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Premium natural fibers from trusted, family-owned suppliers.

Is Pianissimo sustainable?
Yes. We produce only what is ordered and minimize waste through seamless 3D knitting.
