Made to Order, By Design

Every Pianissimo piece is made to order. We do not produce in excess, hold seasonal inventory, or rush garments into existence. Instead, each piece is knit only once it has been chosen—specifically for you.

This approach allows us to reduce waste, honor our materials, and focus on precision rather than volume. It is slower by nature, and intentionally so.

Our Production Process

Once your order is placed, your garment enters production.

Using advanced 3D knitting technology, each piece is knit in a single, continuous form—without seams and without excess material. This method eliminates offcuts and reduces environmental impact while allowing for exceptional consistency and comfort.

After knitting, each garment is carefully finished, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

Production time is typically up to 10 business days, though some pieces may be completed sooner depending on complexity and material availability.

Materials & Responsibility

We work exclusively with premium natural fibers sourced from long-standing, family-owned suppliers. Our materials are selected for their longevity, traceability, and minimal environmental impact.

By producing only what is needed, when it is needed, we significantly reduce waste and avoid overproduction—one of the largest contributors to environmental harm in fashion.

Shipping Timeline

Once your garment has completed production, it will ship promptly.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
